Complaint Review: ptl

 I still lease on with Paschall. What a scam. They sit you for days and throw dirt cheap loads on you when you do run. If I could leave I would but they have this ridiculous clause in their contract that I have to pay 4000 dollars to them if I take off before 9 months. OK I'll stay 9 months. But when it's done I'm gone and during my time here they better not do anything against the law. I have 9 months to plan my exit. Trucker justice is very familiar with PTL and this scam. Watch out PTL. SOMEONE IS GOING TO FIND A WAY TO GET YOU IN COURT. CAN YOU SAY CLASS ACTION SUIT?
