Complaint Review: Public Defender Agency

 When I was Charged by the State of Alaska, the Judge did not ask me if I wanted Councel He Ordered me to get it? so I did what he Ordered me to do and got a Public Defender which turned out to be Jonathan Biderman here in Fairbanks AK so I went to him and to my amazement he sounded impressed that he was handling my case as I am the President of a Local Public Charity? AKA Charity Wheels INC I/We give Cars to the Needy and disadvantaged here in town? but as it went on he started admitting his invalvment in the Charges, making statements such as that he wanted me Convicted but he did not want me in Jail? He said he just wanted me to pay the State Restitution? but at the Same Time the Parties were Robbing me at My Gold Mine but he said that was a Civil Issue that he would not enter into court for" I demanded that he include this at Trial that the Alledged Victom had been Distroying my Mining Equipment and Selling Stuff Worth More than 20 Times the Restitution and that this was all a Scam to Attack my Assets, He just continued to Call the Robbery a Civil Issue? He Said that I have People Verry Mad at Me? I asked Who he Never would Tell me? but I have a Perfect Reputation around this Town and Folks were getting Hot about the State Charging me but Letting the Purpitrator Go free so I can only Amagine it was because of all the Public Suport I had, as I have alot of Power around here and still do as I am Still the Only Licensed Miner on the Creek? to this Day, and to this Day the Purps still dont but yet I get Charged so now going into my Apeal the Whole Group went Silent but the Judge has been Trying to enterfear with my Apeal? which by the way is a Class B Felony but thats ok now I guess as they are getting away with Robbery Arson and Criminal Mischiff in the First Degree which is a Class A Felony? so the Judge is Liable on a Conspiracy bassis Charge as a Class B Felony? so they can Commit Class A-C Felonies to Charge me with a Class C Well they did as they needed one over on me to keep me from Exposing their Scam and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Arson When they Allowed this Purp Voytilla my Leasee to Burn down my Mining Camp and Start Selling My Stuff? so I thought my Public Defender would be a Good thing but as it turned out he was just a Silencer for the State" so that they could Cover up every thing I Believe in the Local People though and Suport them to get this worked out as they are being terorized by thease same Purps so the State wont be able to keep this under raps for ever, as for the Public defender Agency please do your self a favor and refuse and tell the Judge to get lost its a Scam? they use them to strip you of Voice in the Court silence you to become their Victom with out any Voice being heard, Just studdy Laws and or get a real lawyer if one dares to help as now I find out they have been threatening them to, from what ive sean and heard as of lately.
