Lied from start to finish. Quoted one fee and charged $3000 more After furniture was picked up in Enterprise rental truck out of Sacramento, items p/up and sent to Reno,NV Storage and sat for 10-12 days. Said they use their own fleet of trucks - LIE, 2 Russians who could barely speak English show up and want to charge more to take items to basement. Said Cashier check was ok for final payment then arrive and wanted Money orders...wouldn't give me my furniture until they got money order so I had to call Sheriffs department. Biggest RIPOFF ever, run run run DO NOT use.
