I have been with this company since 2013.  my mom was with Humana at that time.  Due to insurance changes, she is now with Va. premier.  in the beginning I would call to check on my timesheet and woulld be told my timesheet was accepted and be paid on time.  now I get the message that it is pending because of eligilibilty issues  with my mom.  Va. Premier is saying all eligibility and authorizations are good. If Public Partnership fails to fix the situation by thursday I will not be paid on 6/26, I will be paid the following week. This is happening too much.  when you call to complain to them, they want to send you back to the home health company that your loved one is being serviced by as though it is their fault.  This company neeeds to be looked at, because I read some complaints already submitted, and was not aware that people all over the USA were having the same problem as me.
