i finally gave in and downloaded and printed new packet n sent it urgent mail today the ziocode on the internet and on their paperwork is incorrecst usps informed me that zipcode is not valid so i called n was placed on hold for hr only to ask for correct zipcode and informed yhrm they need yo fox problem well over a month now and no pay this is so wrong struggling everyday
