Like everyone else, I was switched over to Public Partnerships not by choice.  My previous company, JEVS AT HOME, notified me of the change and told me that everything would be fine and nothing would change.  Well, PPL has not held up there end of the deal.  No paychecks have been received, they never return any emails or phone calls.  So, since I was not getting any help I did some investigation myself.  Here is a link to the contract that was signed by PPL President Marc Fenton and the Commonwealth of PA:

Marc Fenton's email address is on the front of the contract.  It is mfenton@pcgus.com.  We need to give his email address to everyone who is affected by his company's failure.  We also need to write to Bonnie Rose, Deputy Secretary of the Office of Long-Term Living.  She is one of the people in the Commonwealth of PA who signed the contract with PPL.  Her address is as follows:

The phone number for Ms. Rose office is 717-783-8412.  The Commonwealth needs to be notified what PPL is doing and to fix this issue NOW!  They gave PPL $18,000,000.00 and now are in breach of contract!
