Complaint Review: Public Storage and Willis Storage Insurance

 On June 5th my storage unit was burgalerized and I loss some very important property of mine. They notified me that my lock was missing but when I arrived there it was clear that my lock had been cut and I was robbed. I ask at the begining of my renting a unit if they had survelance and she said yes, but they don't and I was also told that I had to purchase their insurance even though I had valid renters insurance which I canceled in order to rent the storage unit. Their were 19 units total burgalerized that week and 25 units at another location in Atlanta. The insutrance company refuses to grant claims no matter what or how you can prove that you had property stolen. This seems to be an day to day practice for them. We are loosing our property not due to our neglect but to Public Storage neglect and lies. Just think how many millions of dollars are they gaining off of us as well as their own personal insurance company called Willis Storage Insurance Company. Some how this has to stop and all of us victims should be compensated. These two companies are in bed together and hundreads maybe thousands of us are being victimized by them with no hope to recover in sight. How can the people that we trust to see that all are property is safe get away with treating us like we are not human with feelings, worked hard for what we had, victims of a crime against us, find any and all types of ways not to approve our claims, have our stress level go threw the roof, feel like fools that we trusted them while they laugh all the way to the bank. American Greed is and should be their moto. Not every one take pictures, keep receipts from over 1 year but truly know what we had stored in our rented units. We are not the criminals here again we are the victims. Even an inventory list from the mover is not exceptable. So we are to just bend over a let them kick us where we sit down? How much more can a person take? These companies should be held accountable because on many, many, many different web sites their are hundreads of complaints regarding Public Storage. We all can't be lying but they are. We need some one to lisen, help us all and stop Public Storage in it's tracks!
