Complaint Review: Public Storage Inc.

The California State Attorney really needs to take a close look at the Corporate Scofflaw Thievery of Public Storage Inc., a deceitful Corporation who chronically rapes their California Customers lives away with Fraudulent Conversions, (as well as in other states), and as they did to me personally, with a blatantly Illegal Form Contract that absolutely Violates SSSFA, the Governing Laws of the Storage Industry in my state of California.  Yet they just keep getting away with it because they know the majority of their customers do not know the law and the State is turning a blind eye to what this Illicit Corporation is doing.

In my opinion what Public Storage is doing is beyond just Fraud, it is Criminally Negligent and a Chronic Conspiracy to Defraud all their California Customers on multiple levels, and they do so as a Scofflaw Corporate Policy that Wrongfully, with an Illegal Contract that allows them to Defraud their customers by Maliciously and Illegally under CA Law, triple late fees, Overstate Actual Balances, Lock Out their Tenants, Break, Enter and Trespassing into customers units for their own Self Help Collection before Fraudulently Converting what's left of their Customers Property with Wrongful Lien sale Auctions without any proper notification, Breaching their own Illegal Contract that states they will send you notifications electronically.

Personally I consider what Public Storage did to me was Grand Theft, and that is one of sixteen of my causes of action against them.  These Corporate Scofflaw Thieves literally leave their CA Customers with NOTHING except what they may have with them!  And they do so with self authored and blatantly illegal provisions in their contract that do indeed violate their own industries governing laws, on top of violating several CA and US laws on the way, and in turn, Violating all their customers as well!  This is based on my personal experience!  I was Defrauded on the first day with a blatant Bait & Switch as they Falsely Advertised a $1 Dollar Special, that was nothing of the kind!  And then it just got worse from there!!  I insist that Public Storage Inc., are Corporate Scofflaw Thieves who have wrongfully destroyed 47 years of my life as an artist, and they did so with blatant Fraud and Deceit, and as a corporate policy that the California State Attorney needs to stop!  And I am just one of THOUSANDS they continue to do this to daily. 

My entire business, my career, my entire life's work as an artist is gone because of their deceitful Scofflaw Policy to use an illegal contract, a contract that they actually do Breach anyway with their Wrongful and Criminally Negligent Actions that lead to all their scofflaw violations of Law, and they do so as they claim their illegal contract gives them the authority, when under CA Law, their entire contract is blatantly, Illegal, Defrauding and I would argue Void under several CA Laws!!

All my portfolios, years of my best show pieces are gone!  Millions of original copyrighted images, Photographs, Graphic Design as well as 10's of Thousands of Dollars worth of my Original Painted Artwork on canvas that was illegally Raped from my life by Public Storage, and they did so as a Corporate Policy to Defraud their customers, as they did to me, and is something they do on a daily bases by using a totally Illegal Contract as well as a multitude of Deceitful Business Practices that do indeed violate multiple CA Laws and absolutely violates their customers rights in the process, as they did to me!!  This needs to be stopped NOW!!!!!!!

These Scofflaw Corporate Policies have been going on way to long now!  I was forced to authored a 16 Cause of Action Lawsuit myself, against Public Storage, a total Scofflaw Corporation of well groomed Thieves who have stolen my life.  They may have their own legal department, but right is right and wrong is wrong, and what they did was wrong!  And do plan to make them pay.  It's been hard to find contingency lawyers since these thieves have left me with no way to make a living.  The suit is not filed yet, but should be filed in the next several weeks.
