*General Comment: I would like to be contacted by the complainant

 This storage facility and agents are engaging in illegal auctions. Agents are intentionally disabling the auto-pay and not processing payments in order to purchase people's items at a discount. They may also be deleting video to cover up the crimes. The company also does not mail a letter before the auction which is against Florida law

I am involved in a suit against Public Storage involving a similar situation as the one you posted.  I would appreciate it if you would contact me to discuss the details of what happened to you.
