Complaint Review: PUBLIC STORAGE

    I rented 2 units- neglected to cancel units when I moved out on dec 15,2012  today i get a call that i need to turn in my keys and pay $80.00 on 1 unit and $245 on the other I said ok since i neglected to tell you i left can i make payments they said no unit #2 is up for auction and you have to pay in full..........What the units are empty????what are you auctioning lady says you will get sent to collections and we will continue to bill until it's paid in full.....
