i chose public storage because of the hours only to find that the code that the gave me didnt work.
the open the access box at 6am the office opens at 9:30. so i call the reservation number for help. the rep says there is nothing she can do, that the management often lives nearby maybe I could find him.

It is six thirty in the morning, so some guy lets me follow him in only i find out you need a code to operate the elevator and exit.

Dude had already left my rental truck was on the inside, I was stuck. had a friend go down while i was at work to unload. The manager changed the code then turned off the lights 45mins early. 2 days now truck is locked up on the lot. I write to the VP and no answer call the dude over the manager no answer.

Third day the 10th got everything unloded the code is straight but no answer to reimburseing me for the days the truck was locked up and the penalties I have to pay.

WATCH OUT FoR this PLACE!!!!
