MY STORAGE UNIT KEEPS GETTING BURGLARIZED, AS WELL AS OTHERS HAVE ALSO BEEN BROKEN INTO AS WELL. THE MANAGEMENT WON'T LET ME OR OTHERS SEE THE SERVALENCE VIDEOS AND I AM OUT OF OPTIONS.
I AM READY TO FACE THEM, BUT THE STAFF WANT TO SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG AND TAKE THE LOSS. THEY KEEP COMING BACK AND BREAKING MY PADLOCK AND TAKING M,Y STUFF. THEY LIE ABOUT LATE FEES AND ARE TRYING TO GET ME TO LEAVE. THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME THE OTHERS CONTACT INFO TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. CAN SOMEONE HELP? OR AM I GOING TO CRIPPLE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.OR EVEN WORST, HURT SOMEONE. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF WORKING TO GET BY AND THIS SH*T HAPPENS.

Since you've posted that you're going to cripple the establishment or even hurt someone, I'll go ahead and forward your statement, the location of your storage unit, and your picture to the property manager and the Austin Police Department in the interest of safety for the employees and yourself.
When the police come to you, feel free to talk to them about your burglary situation.
