They want me to send them 2,280.00 usd by monday morning, This does not sound correct to me. I have deposited the check for 5,190.00 into my account and truthfully im not sure what to do?

Don't spend any of the money you deposited to your bank account. Don't send any money to the requester. THE CHECK THEY SENT YOU IS NOT GOOD. IT WILL BOUNCE! If you spend any of that money, the bank will hold you 100% responsible for the funds. You will have no legal recourse to the bank. It is illegal to require any payment for fees, taxes or other items to collect a prize in the US.

It's a scam! If you spend the money, your bank is gonna come after you for it.
I can almost guarantee you that the check is a forgery or a counterfeit. I would go to your bank and talk with the bank manager to rescing the deposit.
