Received a letter on Nov. 2, 2015 notifying me that I won $1,399.000 in Publishers Clearing House Oasis Financial LLC. The return address on he envelope is Hudson Bay, Toronto Ontario, Canada. Letter asked me to contact claim agent, Mr. Shahnaz Khan at 1-647-551-7976 to process claim. I believe this to be a scam.
