One time I got an offer from them to win millions, I don't know where they got my address from. I returned the envelope, but I did not order anything, just there was an option to send me a sample magazin free of charge. after 2 to 3 months I got a notice from them to pay for "Parents Magazine" which I did not received at all. They said this is the 2nd notice and my unpaid order classified as Deliquent.

Really this is Ridicules, I am not going to pay the amount. However, I don't know if they can affect my credit history in Credit Bureau. Would anybody advise me what they can do, and how can I sue them if they did any wrong move with me.

#6Consumer Suggestion

I beleive if you contact a company that runs credit reports (ie: equifax) you can lodge a protest on your credit report.

It doesn't hurt to get a copy of your credit report - once every couple of years. If PCH ever files something on you, you can put a note on your credit that you are disputing the charge.

I think your local Credit Bureau would have some suggestions for you.

Best of luck
