My elderly mother received a call today from one Michael Gonzales saying he was from Publishers Global Dream Foundation and that she had won a seconday prize of $395,000. from a drawing in March of 2013. Someone would be delivering the check form Lloyds Trust Savings and Bonds and that all she was required to have was a driver's license. It would be a private affair with no pictures etc. at out address. Checked info on the computer and it was considered to be a rip-off. Called the subject back and canceled the so called deilvery of the bogus check.
