Publishers global dream foundation is a lottery scam operation. They are very clever in there operation. They call you up by phone and state that you won 2nd prize which is $395,000 and they don't ask you for money. not yet anyway!! But then they get this fake police officer in the customs security claiming that i have to pay$3900 for a transfer fee from costa rica to Miami. Please make this public so others are aware. They are very clever and convincing

I have just been called by a Michael Gonzalez representing the above foundation and told that I had won $395,000.00 and then told that I had to pay 25 percent of the customs fee or $1382.50 so that the money could be released from Costa Rica! This matches a almost exactly the ripp - off report posted about Publishers Global Dream Foundation on the ripoff report ! I would like to speak to Dorit who listed this as a scam.
