Publishers Renewal Service, Millenium Marketing, Magazine Source, Fishing, Shawnee Mission Kansas
Last week I started recieving phone calls on my celluar phone from the following number 913.848.1105 I would answer and then all I would hear would be dead air until the phone hung it's self up.
After the 6th phone call (between the hours of 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM I decided to try the number back and I got the following recording:
"A call was placed to your phone regarding you magazine subcriptions please call 1.800.304.8550 to speak with a customer service representative."
So I KNOW THIS IS A SCAM I DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO ANY MAGAZINES AT ALL
here is where the company has messed up royal
1. It is against federal law to telemarket a celluar phone Verizon and another provider just won a lawsuit persuant to this law.
2. It is against Colorado state law to Solicit any phone after 10 PM Mountain time
So knowing this I call the 800 number get a recording and hold music for 30 munites and hang up (I think because I blocked my TN)
NO LUCK
On this site through the various complaints I get a simular number to the one who called my cell origionally:
913.248.1800 they answered Millenium marketing and transfer me to Customer service for Publisher's Renewal Service
I spoke to a customer service rep named Brenda who claimed to be the manager and asked me for my TN I said No I will not give them any information due to the fact that I know this is a scam I asked for the manager above her head so I could get the address to the company so that I may file a lawsuit against them and she gave me:

I will be filing a suit I know of plenty of Lawyers who will take this case due to the number of complatants on this site alone not to mention the number of cases they have lost recently also the 613 formal complaints filled through the BBB.
Anyone intereseted please please comment and I will find a way to contact you. I would post my contact info but unfortunatly this Brenda Lady has visited this site (see her rebuttal) and I don't want them selling my information to ANYONE!

I'm feeling stupid not checking this company before ordering 2 magazines in July 2008, paid by creditcard and never heard of them again. Try to call during officehours, kept me waiting for 10 minutes and then ask me to call during officehours (?). Expensive phonecalls from the Netherlands to the US!
I sent a dozen of emails, no response except for 1 email to wait till December 2008. I did, nothing happened.
I guess my money is gone, do not have it for trying somewhere else again (I know it maybe is not a lot, but for me $ 86,00 is a lot of money). It's a shame, also for the owners of the magazines, who are trying to sell their great magazines!

I was recently "fired" from Millenium/Publishers Renewal Service/ NRS/ whatever the flavor is this year. How the hell can a company like this, fire me for "stealing" something that was never stolen? Used yes? Stolen NO!
Im ready to give anyone anything they need to put this company under once and for all. If the Shawnee Mission PD were to be able to search 5 random employees, they would be bound to find a smorgasbord of narcotics. They could randomly pick any 5 people, as long as they are in the building. That is how common and readily available narcotics are in that building. And the employee vehicles? Wow, you may find enough drugs to kill 20 people. This is the first of many posts i plan on putting up. But what about the office off of quivira? what about florida? I got alot to say.
