Puffco Puffco Peak, Puffco Plus, Puffco Pro Puffco Peak Ceramic Heating Element Cracked After Very First Use Valencia 29010 Commerce Center Drive California
So I finally bit the bullet and picked up a Puffco Peak. $410 after tax at my local smoke shop. I had read the views of all the issues with fried atomizers after a few uses but I didnt want to believe them.
I turned it on to test it, the heating element heated up and then it just started flashing red. I thought it may need to be charged so I charged it. Charged for 2 hours. Turned it on again. Still Blinking red.
So I took apart the atomizer and realized that the ceramic heating element was cracked in half. This was MY VERY FIRST TIME TESTING IT. I didn't even get to take a hit! What a POS!!
I read the warranty card and atomizers arent covered, only the base unit. WHAT A SCAM. STAY AWAY!!
Have any of you had the same experience? I am just beside myself here. The smoke shop wont accept my return. Im screwed!
What should I do now?
