PUGSTER NO BROOCHES, ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING & PAYING FOR DELIVERY BY GLOBAL EXPRESS!! Pasadena, California

I ordered 7 brooches online from Pugster.com on the 28th of October 2010 and paid $35 for its delivery via USPS' Global express. I was notified by Pugster that the order was shipped on the same day and that I should receive the order within 1-3 days. I was also told to inform them if I had not received the order within that period.About 5 days later, I was yet to receive the order, so I wrote to Pugster via e-mail on 2nd Nov 2010 and told them that I was yet to receive the said order and also asked for the tracking number for the parcel. I wrote at least thrice on the same day but got no response until almost 24hrs later, when they wrote back to say I should wait for a further 3-5days and provided the tracking number (EC9620505****) I had asked for. When I tracked the order on the USPS website , the only information it gave was that the package had left the U.S on 29th Oct 2010 and it is the only information it is still showing till date, almost 2 weeks after. By 6th Nov 2010, the order had still not arrived, so I wrote at least thrice via e-mail to Pugster on the same day and the following day;7th Nov 2010, telling them that my parcel had still not arrived and also about the results of my efforts to track the package on the USPS website using the tracking number they had provided. I also wrote that I'd expect a refund of the $35 I paid for delivery as this is what is promised by the service provider in the event of one not receiving a parcel within the guaranteed period. I am yet to receive a response to the above e-mail.So as things stand, no one is answering my e-mail and I am yet to receive the goods I ordered and paid for.
