Pugster Pugster.com Horrible company. Even worse customer service. Internet
I was searching the web for a locket for my mother. Pugster came up immediately in my search. Although their prices weren't great, they offered a coupon with email sign up. This is a bait and switch if I've ever seen one. I signed up and received the code for 35% off of my order. Sound too good to be true? It was. My Paypal account was charged the full price of the transaction. Upon seeing this on my receipt, I emailed AND called. I got a strange voicemail box so I left a message. No email reply. I waited Several days and sent 2 more emails. Nothing. After a full week, I finally got a reply. Package was shipped and Pugster would not adjust the transaction. Why the heck not???? I'm out the extra cash unless I return the necklace and pay a restocking fee. My mother is wearing the thing. I can't take it back nor will I. They should have done the RIGHT thing and adjusted the charge from the beginning. Another GREEDY online company making offers they don't honor. Buyers beware.
