  • Category:

1. Several years of falsifying EPA reports of VOC (Volatile Organic Chemicals) exposure to environment (so reported values appear within legal limits).

2. Not documenting the recycling of MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) with an MEK recycling/distilling unit to circumvent EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) usage report (unsure if unit is licensed) and giving the unit the appearance of not being used so as to avoid questions about documentation. Also helps reduce purchasing of MEK in case of a more thorough inspection.

3. EPA violation of chemical spills within and on the outside property and not reporting accidents (soil samples may reveal some paint content).

4. EPA violation of chemical backup and/or vapor in sewage drain into neighboring residents (across the street), not reporting violations, and compensation pay to neighbors to encourage silence.

5. Violation of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations in accordance with protective coverage (goggles, gloves, respiration devices) around hazardous chemicals (MEK, paint vapors) and excessive noise protection (ear plugs) around nearby ultra-sonic welding units and enforcing said violations.

6. Other OSHA violations of protective coverage inside plastic grinding room (grinding plastics without any breathing apparatus) and grinding for excessive periods of time.
