Complaint Review: Pulte Homes

I recently visited several new home sites in the Eagle area in Chester County. I was blown away at the inexperienced "Finish Supers" on site. The young man really didn't have a clue on the process of building a home. I had spoken to a few contractors of Pulte and they had said they do not pay enough to build a good home. I had to guess that they thought I was a contractor also knowing the business. They also said the company is hiring kids right out of college that might not know what a flashing detail is or how to trouble shoot.

I would think that not knowing would be a warranty nightmare and probably some angry customers. I hope you stay away. I did.
