Issue 1: Two weeks after moving in to my brand new Pulte home, water stains appeared on the wall of bathroom cabinet. After 2 more weeks of emails & tickets finally a circus of bozos took an entire day to dismantle my pantry and bathroom to find a leak that caused green, yellow, white &black mold covering the rear panel of the cabinet. I've taken 4 days off work to wait for more bozos. I am still without a bathroom 6 weeks in my new home. Issue 2: and a water stain on the bedroom ceiling was reported upon walkthru and 'fixed' by painting over the stain rather than fixing the roof leak.  Shortly after moving in, the ceiling was half covered with water stains one of them growing black mold. Issue 3: If I didn't watch them thru the 'repairs' they would have put a bandaid on the problem instead of repairing their lousy workmanship properly. They would have drywalled over the moldy wet floor and studs and put the moldy cabinet back in. Issue 4: IN ADDITION TO ALL THIS they raised the price 2 times before letting me sign a sales agreement (20k) which then made the house value WAY more the assessed value of homes built just weeks before mine (and resale value of others now).
