Pulte Mortgage held loan documents without processing them causing a loss of purchase agreement on a property that would have netted an immediate equity base of $35,000.00+.

Pulte Mortgage had all of the documentation they had asked for from me including floor plans. Without reviewing the package the loan officer kept saying she needed drawings from the builder. After I informed her that the seller was exercising his option of terminating the contract which had been extended twice waiting a response from Pulte, she then ordered an appraisal which I had to submit a check for $300 with the original loan package.

The appraisal was e-mailed to me a week later, which was then two weeks too late because the seller had already pulled the contract by then. Pulte now refuses to admit that they had any involvement in the problem and refuses to refund the appraisal fee even though they had been informed that the appraisal was not needed.
