AFTER MANY MANY PHINE CALL HE FINALY AWNSERED AND SAID THAT HE WOUL E-MAIL ME THE INFO. AND I NEVER RECIVED ANY TRACKING INFO. HE CHARED MY CREDIT CARD $270.00 VS A QUOTED PRICE OF $256.00 HOWEVER I NEVER RECIVED THE PRODUCT AND STILL CAN NOT GET HIM Bedford Pennsylvania

I ordered a pool pump from JOE TOPINKA and he charged my credit card $270.00 vs a quoted price of $250.00 and never shipped me the pump.
I have tried many many times to get him on the phone and e mail with on responce. He is ripping people off and he needs to be charged with this crime!
