Complaint Review: Pump Warehouse JTE Electric

We ordered a pool pump motor from JTE Electric aka Pumpwarehouse. They sent us the wrong one. Talked to Joe said he would email the return directions and waive the postage. We have yet to receive the email instructions. We have tried to call several times and sometime get someone and then they hang up on us. We did receive an email that said the pump would fit and that they have sent several of these out we are the first ones to say it does not fit. We told them it doesn't fit. We are getting no where. I sent a report to the BBB. I wish we would have seen Charlie's report from TN before doing business with Joe.
