Pump Warehouse JTE Pump Warehouse Pool Pump Fraud! Irwin Pennsylvania
I ordered a pump motor from Pump Warehouse in Irwin, PA. I received it in a few days, but it was the completely wrong motor. I called and left a message and received a return message that it was the correct pump, just the name was changed. I called back and left another message stating that it was totally wrong and did not fit my pump - no way to mount it. Asked Joe to call me and arrange for return shipping and a refund.
I called at least a dozen times - either he does not return the calls, or he returns them and lies about what he is going to do. To date, the only thing I have received is an e-mail with the address to ship the motor back. He charged me $70 to ship it to me (located in the same state). I am SURE if I ship it back, I will never see it or any of the money again.
BEWARE!! Do NOT order ANY?THING from this man! He has no business scruples or morals and will not make good on anything, even when it is blantently his fault. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in his area and I am hoping they can help.
