Punta Resorts, doing business as Vacations Los Cabos, in Cabo San Lucas, and working out of the Portofino Hotel, agreed that they would purchase my ownership points at Pueblo Bonito Resorts for $34,900 plus give me a free membership to Amadeus Vacations - supposedly an American company in Towson, Maryland. The membership was for 1,000,000 'reward credits'. All I had to do was pay the Mexico sales tax (16%) and the closing cost ($650 - USD). The sales would go through their transfer agent/escrow agent, PrimeAlliance Holdings, also a USA company in Cleveland, Ohio.

When I returned to the USA and contacted Prime Alliance Holdings (PAH), I was informed that they did have some paperwork on me but no contract and I had to pay them $999 for their 'Marketing Services". I informed the PAH representative, Jessica Rossi, the Punta Resorts/Vacation Los Cabos was the buyer of my time-share ownership and I did not need 'marketing services'. I further explained that PAH was to be the transfer/escrow agent and I had already paid the $650 closing cost. Ms. Rossi said PAH did not have any closing cost money from Punta Resorts, but they did have a buyer name of Jerry Hernandez. She would not give me any information about this Jerry Hernandez and that he did not put down any ernest money and did not have to sign a contract as the buyer. (Whistles started going off about this time that I had been scammed.) The paperwork that I signed said I owed nothing more to PAH. Ms. Rossi said that the paperwork was a mis-print and she would send me new paperwork to sign. I did not sign any new documents.

Then I noticed that the paperwork from Amadeus Vacations showed I still owed them money as well and that the 'free' membership was for 100 weeks of time - not reward credits as promised. To get reward credits I would have to contact another company, McGinnis, in Aurora, CO, and pay an additional fee to change the weeks in 'reward credits'. More whistles went off confirming that I had been scammed.

The Secretary of State for both Ohio and Maryland have no listing of Prime Alliance Holdings or Amadeus Vacations reprectively. Thee BBB does have an address for both companies, but says the addresses are fronts. Amadeus Vacations, Punta Resorts and Prime Allaince Holdings are related operations. Vacations Los Cabos(Punta Resorts) had no intention of purchasing my time-share onwership. That was just a scam to get my $6234 (USD) and 'sell' me the Amadeus Vacation membership. The $650 that I paid for closing cost has just disappeared. And, these companies are not responding to my request for the return of my money, except to say, "That is not an option." Francisco Kelly at Amadeus Vacations and his relative, Oliver, at PAH are part of the Kelly/Coppel empire (Pueblo Bonito Resorts) located in Mazatlan, Mexico.

I recommend to not do business with Punta Resorts, Vacations Los Cabos, Amadeus Vacations or Prime Alliance Holdings.

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare.
My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud.
I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
