Wizard Of Claws, FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A puppy store accused of selling sick dogs will be allowed to open its doors again.A judge ruled Tuesday that Wizard of Claws in Pembroke Pines can go back into business after paying a $26,000 fine and submitting to random state inspections.
