Complaint Review: Puppy Elite / David Feldman

We purchased an English bulldog puppy on December 18, 2006, we have yet to receive his papers, as advertised he should have been micro chipped we had our vet check for the chip, he was not and we let that go. His is suppose to be akc, we have made several attempts to contact puppy elite via email and phone, we never received a response via email, the only time we did receive a response is when I used a different email address, inquiring about another puppy. I called them several times and each time they asked me to hold and they hung up on me. All I want is the dogs papers, bucca (breeder called Mickey mantle" had come to us with a parasite and again we had him treated and let it go. We are at a loss here, we paid 2500 dollar for him and all we ask for is his papers. We are going to file a lawsuit.
