Terrible company that is scamming by only guaranteeing products if they have never been opened! Their products do not work and make Terrible grinding sounds when plugged in. Likely are safety hazards that could create fires or electrical shock! Company responded to email saying they only refund if you have never taken their product out of package. How exactly is that not a scam? Upon questioning and agreement to take the $60 loss as a lesson learned, but that I will be warning others to save them time, money and potentially hazardous results, I was offered a 30% refund or I could pay to return the products to the United Kingdom and possibly receive a refund if they deemed the products faulty. Spend more money on junk with possibility of refund? No thanks. I'll eat the loss. But when others. Bad company. Bad product. Be warned
