Complaint Review: Puppy Palace

Please !!!!!

Don't buy any dog from this store....they sell sick puppies....I bought a shih tzu one year ago....she staart with epilepsy this year.

Then I went back like a stupid to buy a partner for my dog.....I try to take my dog to vets that they have....but did't want to give me and appointment...so the Puppy Palace gives only 48 hours.....thats bad!!!!...so then I called the three of the hospitals....They told me that they don't have available any space to see my dog....That great!!!!!

I have to take the dog for my own on Banfield.....the nice doctor told me :

Your dog has:

-kennel cough
-tracheitis and Laryngitis
-luxating patellas
-strabismus right eye
-Undescended testicles


So then I went back to the pet store....This lady treat me really bad....I fight with her because She did't want to give me my money back , she only want to give me $150 !!!!!.....My pet cost $450.....I show her the return policy...

and guess what....she back off on me....took the puppy and then the papers...She said that before to refund my money she will check the puppy with the veterinarians designated by puppy palace....

I told her that"" I called you last week to inform you that noone of your designated vets did't give me an appointment""

Ok thats all.....So I think before you buy a new pet ...whatch this video first...
