Internet Puppy Mill--PLEASE READ THIS!!!
This company which goes under the name Puppy Spot and Purebred Breeders. Here is my sad story. I purchased a Shih-Tzu puppy from this company. He cost over $3000. He was shipped by the breeder in Texas. He arrived covered in urine, vomit and feces. He was shaking, chilled and ill. He had Gardia, an ear infection and possible Parvo. I was told he was 12 weeks old, but my vet said he was 8-9 weeks old and should never have been removed from his mother. I loved little Toby and nursed him back to health.
He seemed fine except for some separation anxiety which you can understand. I got him training and gave him lots of love. Over time Toby only got worse. After a year he would howl, scream and he ran away 5 times. He bit other dog. I still kept him but I contacted Puppy Spot many times. They said they had a re-homing program but that is not true. They blamed me for his behavior. Nice to blame the customer--real positive customer service.
Anyway, finally I found an older couple to take him. I told them the issues but they were happy to have him. They sleep with him, shower with him and love him. In any case please learn from my story, I spent thousands of $$ on Toby. No one who works at Puppy Spot or Purebred Breeders handles or sees the dogs. They are a third party that collects the money. Any breeder--good or bad -- posts photos and descriptions of the puppies. So, please avoid this place. Avoid the heartbreak!!Lets together put a stop to these terrible PUPPY MILLS!!!
