I would like to warn all of you not to do business with Mr. Jorge Pulecio from puppygalaxy.com, I understand that I am not the only one that he has taken advantage. It is a shame that he treats people without any consideration--those of us who are animal lovers he has manipulated his way with us! Since early December I had my eye on KIKI one of the puppy bulldogs that he advertised on his webpage.
On Dec. 14, 2007 I purchased and paid in full ($1350.00)for the puppy and he kept giving me one excuse after another for not sending her to me. I feel that he played with my feelings and emotions as I really had my heart set on this puppy bulldog. He kept my hopes high as he sent me pictures of her etc... I went as far as buying the puppy all she needed and waited anxiously her arrival. Mr. Pulecio kept giving me high hopes and it was all a hoax.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He is a con-artist! I am waiting to resolve this situation and am hoping that I will get a full refund! He does not respond to my phone calls nor emails and since then his webpage is not longer in service.

Refund was sent via Paypal, it took long because the customer paid via credit card and then denied charges. Paypal had to investigate before issuing a refund ann this made the refund process longer tha usual.
