Complaint Review: Pur Health Hoodia 888-277-0071 866-370-7271

This company is a scam. I can not believe that they are still in business. How can it be. This company (going by pur health hoodia 1/7/08) basically stole 99.41 dollars out of my account and now, because I believed them, when they said they were going to issue a refund, and dropped my dispute charges at the bank, I can no longer file a dispute charge and can not get a refund! Refunds are no longer being issued according to the csr at the number listed on my bank statement. Is this some crazy loop hole? After several attempts to resolve this charge on my account for a product that I did not even order, I am calling my attorney. Do not believe anyone that says you will be issued a refund. FILE THE DISPUTE charge at your financial institute and get your money back. Do they just keep changing the name of the company? It is a shame that people will just flat out lie to you to get your hard earned money. I hope it was worth what ever % the csr got for leading me on. I will never be so naive again. Jill, Louisiana
