I ordered cigarettes from Purchase Cigars-4U BAKU AZ on April 26th and on the 28th the money was took out of my account . To this day no cigaretts no e-mail no nothing.

   BAKU AZ is the credit card location code for the city of Baku in Azerbaijan (a former Soviet Republic).   Like Nigeria, that region is known for its Internet and credit card scams.

   I don't know much about buying cigarettes online, but I would venture to guess that it's not common to order them from Eurasia.  The tax implications alone would seem to make it a non-starter. 

   Many people have had success by simply contacting their credit card company and disputing the charge.   The scammers rarely contest it and the consumer usually gets their money back.
