This spa should be named Pure Hell! That is that experience I had when working there. Therapists frequently had miscommunication on policy, procedures, and Ethical Boundaries. This spa is not luxiourious or deserving of good clients and their hard earned dollar. Discrimation and Racism.

This posting was unfortunately placed by very misguided ex-massage therapist who joined our team as a back up therapist and primarily front desk help. She was laid off due to the fact that we did not have enough customers to keep her busy as a back up massage therapist and due to the lack of customers her attitude turned sour towards the primary therapists we were able to keep relatively busy.
Pure Balance is an excellent company with a great team of staff who are dedicated to our clients. Our massage therapists have a minimum of 750 hours of training and our top therapists have over 2000 hours training and 10+ years experience. We do not and have never discriminated.
I think it is sad that there is a venue for this type of defamation towards a hard working, honest business and its employees. I also think that when a disgruntled person is able to post such false accusations, the purpose of a site such as this is devalued due to dishonesty of the accuser. I would urge the webmaster of this site to required defaming statements substantiated in order to preserve the integrity of the site
