This location started off on a good experience, but when COVID hit their flexibility for business was horrible. They claim to be a small business needing money when individuals are hurting themselves. Sarah is by the far the less competent owner. She truly needs to be educated on customer satisfaction, business processes and financials rather than just be a desperate business owner.
She was never very friendly or talkative. I have referred so much business their way and how they treat people in return is very unfair, will never return and never recommend business again, nor ever have a membership with PB Brookhaven
