Pure CBD Diet Supplements, Las Vegas, NV' True Life Relief; Wellness Nutrition, Utah CBD OIL SOLD AS APPROVED BY FDA; IT IS NOT EVALUATED OR APPROVED BY FDA. COMPANY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK AND ISSUE A REFUND. LAS VEGAS NEVADA
Acceoteed an offer to buy 3, get one free. When the order was billed, however, I was billed for four bottles @ $49.50 per bottle, total of $198. Called the company whose name appeared on my credit card statement, True Life Relief, and the cs agent said they would be willing to credit my account for $79.20 if I would accept that offer. I asked specifically if this product was approved by the FDS and his reply was YES! OK, I said, I would accept the offer and the oil and it could be shipped.
Whenn it arrived I read the label carefully, and it states: This product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. False, misleading and untruthful advertaising. The company refuses to accept a return and credit my account. I have reported them to the FDA and hope they wll be stopped from shipping this "stuff" to innocent people.

Yes, same offer that I ordered from too. Tried to call after placing the order because my credit card was initially denied and then when it went through....the charge was the 198$ which was only supposed to be 30. The email and customer number were both fraudulent. When I called the number from my credit card they told me they were just a 3rd party agency but they were offering me discounts. Finally got an RMA and sent product back to las vegas on howard hughs parkway with signature receipt. I did not open the package but felt there could be 3 oils and some pills. i did not order any pills. Anyway when I called to follow up that they had recieved the package they stated they did but no refund yet. They told me they would only refund 176 dollars. I said unacceptable. I called my credit card company and they are going to try to report this as consumer fraud.
