Pure CBD overbill my credit card did not get the product. Las Vegas Nevada

Receive trial off, then two months later ,receive charges totaling $361.28, I call to find out what was going on given a tracking number,saying the product was shipped to me, No info was given to me on whern to cancel, In fact sample sent with no invoice or return address or their policy.I called the number  on my credit card, theyask me why I want their address I told them I  was going to report them for fraud .   I was given a false  address, wwhen I check out the address, it was a hotel.  I have reported to the post office what was going on.  I receive  documents from the card company tracking and personal info  cannot make out. Plus only want to give me back  $50.00 .
