Pure Energy Labs Would not cancel future transactions with a minor ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma
On 1/22/07, my 15 year-old daughter ordered a free trial of Phentrazine 37.5 from the website usaveonpills.com. She paid S&H for a 15 day free trail.
Upon my knowledge of the transaction, I contacted Pure Energy Labs on 2/6/07 to cancel any future transactions. I was instructed that my minor daughter will be held liable for future transactions. The customer service rep. stated that a child over 12 years of age is legally liable for contracts initiated over the internet. This is not true.
I then spoke with a supervisor, Brandy Gonzalez who also stated that there was nothing that I could do about the transactions. Consequently, I cancelled the transaction through the usaveonpills website, which of course I know is useless. I also, closed out my daughter checking account / debit card for future use and I filed a consumer complaint with both the Missouri and Oklahoma Attorney General's office.
Now I'll just wait and see what happens from here!

On Tuesday, Feb. 6th, at 6 PM. a feature was aired by their consumer reporter, Kirsten Cole, regarding Phentrazine 37.5. Their independent Consumer Lab scientist analyzed the pills, and said they are nothing more than caffeine equivilent to a couple cups of coffee, and had no ability to curb appetites. The article can be seen on WCBSTV. Contact every government official you can think of. Good luck.
