Pure Energy Products Big Ripoff, fraudulent Billing,then sent to recovery and collection company! Okalahoma City Oklahoma
I, like many others , was charged 149.95 on my debit card. I had ordered the sample product for 5.95 and the recieved my bank statement and noticed Pure Energy had charged my account 149.95 for a product I did not order or want, or recieve. Now, I just recieved a letter from a company named, Recovery & Collection, in Moon Twp., Pa., for the amount of 285.94? I'm not sure what this amount is for. I did contact my bank when I had first noticed the unauthorized charges, and they did file the proper papers and reimbursed me the 149.95, for the unaurthorized charges.

My Bank reversed my charges back into my account, then sent me a letter saying it was an authorised charge! Then they charged my account the $149.95 again! I'm going back to my bank tomorrow. Does anyone know if a class action suit can be filed, or how this is accomplished? Count me in! Help!
