Well some were lucky enough to talk to some one i am still waiting i have left 4 messages in one week and they have already taken the $149.95 and i have had my credit company put a stop to that i have also returned their precious PILLS, I have had no comfirmation except when i emailed pure energy labs and this is the first reply i got

I sent them an email stating this

I have called the numbers that were listed on my credit card statement and i have had no response, at all, i have left several messages and still no response, i have also recorded several messages and still no response, WHY??, I want my card, my name, my address and my Phone numbers off your system, man programs computers and controls computers, i do not want excuses. I want the $149.95 credited back to my card. I will not give you my card details because apparently you already have that, CANCEL IT Of you system.

Their policy did not have anything writtern in there about promotion products at all i read all of it and i was to be fully refunded including shipping aand handling and now the policy states different, i want to know why isn't the Fraud department doing anything or do you have lose thousand before they stick thier noses in this kind of stuff, i know what i read before they changed their policy i'm not stupid and i am not blind and i'm no the only one.

I know that there are people out there that don't have the guts to speak out, well for once, grow them, or stop breathing the precious air thats others need to survive and that goes for companies who don't know how to be honest.
