I am reporting a preauthorization to my debit card that I did not preauthorize. I asked for the sample trial which charged my card $4.95 on 10/22/07, yet I still haven't received the sample. Today I have been informed that my debit card has been charged $149.95 and my bank informed me that Pure Energy was the only one that could take the preauthorization off. When I called them, I got a computer that gave me an email address to go to for customer service that evidentally does not exist because it keeps giving me an error message that the page cannot be found. So how do I get this resolved? If you can't talk to a real person about it with the company how are you suppose to tell them that you did not preauthorize the charge to your debit card?
