I ordered the 15 pill sample from thintabs.com on October 24th. I received an E-mail stating that I would receive order 5 to 10 business days with a tracking number. They took 3.87 out of my account the next day. I never received the sample. I contacted the company through their web site asking them to cancel my order on November 7th .
It says in their rules that you can cancel before you receive anything by submitting a ticket. I submitted at least 25 tickets. Then on November 17th they took an additional 149.95 out of my account. Still never got the sample pack. Still sent more tickets demanding the money credited to my account. Then on November 20th I received the order that I needed to sign for, which I didn't because I already cancelled it, and the postman said that it will be sent back to sender unopened.
I have all of the tracking numbers and all of the copies of tickets. I called "Brandy" at the above number and she said that she would call me back because her computer was down. I have called numerous times and have been sent to voicemail or to a recording telling me to go to usaveonpills/support.com. I am so sick of this. I am being charged for a product I cancelled and sent back.I will do whatever it takes to get my money back. I have sent at least 35 tickets all together.
