Complaint Review: Pure Energy Products

I ordered the trial for 4.95. Twenty days later had a charge of 149.95 on my credit card. Called my credit card the next day to dispute. Credit card investigated it and said charges were valid and gave it back to merchant. Called credit card again to say it is fraudelent charge.

They got pure energy of the phone with me on other end. Everytime I called got an answering machine. They must have caller id to except credit card calls. Girl there named brandi told credit card charges are valid cause on website it says if I don't cancel in 20 days I will be charged 149.95. Well they must have different websites to show credit card companies because I didn't get that one. Did anybody else?

I told brandi from Pure Energy how come on the rip off site there is the same complaints that I have. She stated oh that guy that started that site is a excon and it will be shut down soon.

I will dispute the charges again. It is a bogus company and will report to attorney general. They will not get away with. If there is anymore people. Please write you claim so we can get a class action against them.
