Pure Energy Solutions deception on past work history in solar industry Columbia Missouri
Pure Energy Solutions is a 4 month old company started by two women who worked for Missouri Solar Applications. They were under a non-compete contract and worked in management positions. They are selling solar energy systems and energy savings solutions in Missouri. There are several pending law suits being filed in the state of Missouri as of the date of this report. They are going to Missouri Solar Application's customers and are trying to under bid systems that they had information on when they worked for this company. They claim that their services are better than a 60 year old company's services. They are using deceptive pratices to gain access to past and present customers of Missouri Solar Applications.
Be careful to work with these two women. They will be out of business soon, have several law suits being filed with damage claims to deal with and when its time to get warranty, service or repair work on systems they are selling the consumer will be standing out in the cold with no company to call on.

This site is intended to be a forum for customers to file complaints, not for a salesperson to post false and defamatory claims about the competition. It is unfortunate that no fact checking occurs before statements like these can be posted by a former subordinate of one of the owners.
To set the record straight, neither Pure Energy Solutions nor its owners has ever been involved in a law suit, nor been aware of any party’s intent to file a suit. While it is true, both owners once held management positions in the solar company where Ms. Durgan works, neither is aware of any concerns of the former employer regarding their departure, the start of Pure Energy Solutions, and/or its business practices.
I find it incredibly disheartening when what should be a healthy competition among women in the same profession becomes so threatening to one that she attempts to publically and baselessly tarnish the other’s reputation. Being in the solar business today requires a lot of hard work, dedication to the cause, collaboration, and teamwork, even with the competition. Tearing down a business that supports the same goals and ideals as your own is counterproductive, demonstrates lack of integrity and professionalism, and diminishes the work that we all do every day to advance this industry.
