If you value your family - DO NOT ever work for Pure Fitness. The Managers sleep with the staff members and co-workers. The women that work there are sluts and the men lie and cheat.
Neil Schober, the owner, not only looks the other way when his married managers sleep with receptionists, other staff and members, he cheats on his own wife. He pretends to be a "Man of God", but that is just the image he uses to promote his company. He is shady in both business and his personal life. He uses the prospect of money and prestige to lure people into his company. Then, while working someone 70+ hours a week so they never see their family and gives people a hard time for wanting any time to spend at home, pretends to be "pro-family". Oh, and if your spouse is cheating on you with a co-worker, don't expect any help from "Mr. Family".
Jose Ribera (Arrowhead Club) is a rapist (look it up), and has used the clubs as his hunting ground. Not only did Neil NOT fire him, he helped him with his defense and PROMOTED him.
Josh Kaplan (District Manager) has screwed more receptionists and members than Bill Clinton screwed interns. He left his wife and family to move in with his Fitness Director, Sara Hurst (Greenway Club) who is reported to be a complete bi-polar, fugly nut-job. But hey, she texted him some nudie photos, helps him financially, pays for vacations, etc...so that must be worth breaking up an entire family....Obviously neither of them have any values.
These are the people who run the company.
This company rewards people for stepping all over others. It fires people who sacrifice for the company, but still value their personal family and those they love.
Bottom line: If you are a piece of human refuse, you just may have a future with Pure Fitness! If you have integrity, ethics and value your friends and family - stay as far away as possible!

So....this thing has been on here for 7 years and nobody worried about the reports integrity??? You are slandering a couple of guys and saying things like "supposedly". ....You don't even know what you're talking about. I worked for this company and this "horrible" person who "left his family". He helped me through some of the toughest situations of my life while he was going through divorce, paying for TWO houses for his c wife and having to struggle to eat. He did start dating someone from one of the clubs AFTER he and his wife were having problems and he was out of the house living in a crappy apartment trying to pick up the pieces. I watched this guy kill himself to help his employees not make mistakes he had made, help them learn to save money, help them (and me) get through legal issues and get credit repair and car loans. Now I'm successful with a family, I called to catch up with him and this report came up in our conversation. If you have any decency you'll remove it. Who are you to judge anyone else? Are you a saint? This guy cares about people, about his employees, his members, his children. In fact, he's married with a baby and seems completely in love with his wife. You're messing with people's reputations with slanderous inaccurate stuff that can harm people's lives. Get over yourself.

how are you positive these things happened? whats the case number for jose? you have only named a few people in the company that doesnt mean everyone who works for them has the same morals or values....are you basing your opinion on three to four people?

I worked in management for this company for about a year...although this report does have some truth to it, I think the language is a little offensive. Some of the names are spelled incorrectly, and I am not sure whether all of the above statements are true, although I am in no way defending the company. I walked out this past April, because I also do not respect the owners or management, and have had a load of harrassment issues that affected me personally. I am wondering who you are, since I probably have worked with you or know you. I am anonymous on here, but feel free to respond with an email or something if you want to talk. I am not Neil or Eric or Sharon or Jose, haha
