I simply must lose 15 pounds to relieve my painful circulation issues in my legs...I have tried everything, from eating sensibly and exercising more, to having medical tests done to figure out why I seem to be unable to lose weight (to no avail), to trying several weight loss tools marketed on the internet...
On October 13, 2013, I received an email from Pure GCE that advertised a money back guarrantee if its product did not help me to lose weight...So I ordered it because I thought it must be a good company if it would give me my money back if its product did not work for me...
However, by October 20, I had not received my Garcinia Cambogia from Pure GCE...So I called the company and spoke with the male customer service employess who took my call...He told me that Pure GCE did not have to pay for mistakes made by the USPS and I should just wait to receive my product...I waited...I finally received my product at the end of November, on November 28, 2013...I called the company and told them I had just received my product and would start using it immediately...
Pure GCE's Garcinia Cambogia did not help me to lose weight, not even a single pound...So I called Pure GCE again on December 24, 2013 and told them I needed my money back because the Garcinia Cambogia they had sent me had not worked for me...I was told that I was calling too late, that my order was placed in October and I only had 30 days to let the company know I needed my money back...I told the male phone employee my whole story,but he just told me he had no record of me informing Pure GCE that I did not receive my product until November 28, 2013 and Pure GCE would NOT refund my money, no matter who I spoke with...I asked to speak with the current available manager but was told the male employee talking to me was the highest ranking employee at the time...
I simply must get my $99.95 I inadvertently wasted on Pure GCE's Garcinia Cambogia because I have tried every way known to mankind to lose weight and cannot lose weight and have circulation issues in my legs...I now must pay over $1,800 for the surgical procedure to alleviate my circulation issues and I am not rich...I must get my money back from Pure GCE immediately so I can use that money to help pay for my circulation surgery...
Please help me...I have called Pure GCE and written letters to them but they still are ignoring my health issue, which could become serious if it is not dealt with soon...
